1. Filling in the online form

1.1 The online form should be completed by the winning team, or in the event of a draw, the home team within 14 days of the fixture.

1.2 In the event of a match being conceded the team claiming the win will complete the online form within 14 days, firstly obtaining the names of the opposition players that could have played the fixture.

1.3 Failure to follow 1.2 and 1.3 will result in league points being voided.

2. Match Card Requirements

2.1 Hard copy match cards must still be completed at the fixture and signed by both captains.

2.2 The winning team or, in the event of a draw, the home team will hold the hard copy of the match card until after the date of the 2006/07 presentation evening.

2.3 If required, the league secretary can ask the clubs to send off the hard copy of the match card.

2.4 If the league secretary requires the match card the club captain will send it within 14 days.

3. Verifying Results

3.1 Clubs are responsible for checking that their results have been correctly entered onto the RDBA website.

4. Incorrect results data input

4.1 Any discrepancies within the data must be reported as soon as possible either by telephone or via the Contact Us Page.

4. Adjudication

The General Committee shall have the power to adjudicate on any matter not covered by these rules.
